Our Vision- Rooted in Wellness
Our mission at Wyldroots is to support nervous system regulation and emotional wellbeing across individuals, educational settings, and non-profit organisations - especially those working under prolonged stress and responsibility.
Through trauma-aware, science backed breath-work, education, and embodied practices, we aim to make calm; regulation, and self-connection accessible to people who care for others and often neglect themselves.
We work with individuals to help them feel safe in their bodies, restore energy, and reconnect with inner stability. Within schools, community spaces, and non profit organisations, my mission is to reduce burnout, support resilience, and create healthier, more sustainable ways of caring and working together.
At the heart of this work is a commitment to gentleness over pressure, understanding over performance, and long-term wellbeing over quick fixes - supporting people and systems to thrive without burning out.
Our values
1. Safety First
We prioritise the nervous system and emotional safety for every individual. Healing and growth are the most sustainable when the body feels supported, secure and respected.
2. Empathy and Understanding
We honour the lived experiences of those we work with, recognising that burnout, grief, and stress are deeply personal and valid. Every interaction is guided by compassion and non judgement.
3. Science-Backed and Trauma Aware
We combine evidence-based practices with trauma-sensitive approaches. Our methods are grounded in the body's natural healing processes, ensuring results are effective, safe and sustainable.
4. Integrity Over Performance
We reject the hustle culture, quick fixes, and performance pressure. True transformation happens through gentle, consistent practice, not forcing or rushing the process.
5. Connections and Empowerment
We aim to help people reconnet with themselves, their bodies, and their inner strength.
6. Accessibility and Inclusivity
We work with individuals, schools, and non profit organisations to make nervous system regulation and breathwork practices accessible to those who need them most, regardless of background or prior experience.
